Based in North London, a team dedicated to supporting women’s confidence, connection, and wellbeing through accessible, community-led experiences.
Our mission is to reduce social isolation and create inclusive spaces where women can come together, feel a sense of belonging, and grow in confidence through shared learning, creativity, and wellbeing-focused activities.
Many women experience low confidence, loneliness, and a lack of supportive spaces where they feel seen and valued. Nowfos exists to respond to this need by offering support that strengthens emotional wellbeing through connection, skill-building and community integration.
Accessible and Inclusive Community Spaces.
Accessibility and inclusion are central to our mission. Nowfos is designed to welcome women from diverse backgrounds, removing common barriers such as cost, confidence, language barriers, or prior experience.
Our space is welcoming, non-judgmental, and rooted in community needs, ensuring women feel comfortable participating at their own pace.
Nowfos is community-led in both design and delivery. Our approach centres lived experience, peer support, and shared leadership, ensuring activities are relevant, responsive, and rooted in the realities of local women’s lives.
As a Community Interest Company, we operate with a clear social purpose: to reinvest into our community, expand access to services, and build sustainable, long-term impact within Barnet.
